Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited is seeking a People Compliance Program Manager to lead a major, fixed-term project across the Sandhurst Diocese. Reporting to the Employee Relations, Health and Safety Lead, the role will design and implement a comprehensive people compliance program spanning employee relations and payroll.
You will manage the People Compliance team, coordinate governance, specialist advice and multiple workstreams, and engage stakeholders to deliver sustainable compliance
