Wellways, in partnership with APMHA Healthcare and GV Health, is seeking an AOD Wellbeing Navigator Peer to support communities across Greater Shepparton, Strathbogie and Moira. You'll draw on your lived experience to build respectful relationships and connect people with the services they need.
This part time role focuses on one-on-one support, care planning, group sessions, and collaboration with local AOD and community services.
