Pinangba is seeking a Residential Service Manager to lead Ny-Ku Byun Elders Village in Cherbourg, QLD. You will drive day-to-day operations, uphold quality and person-centred care, and ensure financial sustainability while guiding a multidisciplinary team in a culturally responsive environment.
You will work closely with clinicians and leaders to deliver high-quality care, meet accreditation standards, and foster solid relationships with Elders, families and the local Aboriginal community.
