About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our clients team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, has a strong commitment to safety, and enjoys working collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external transport providers.
Key Responsibilities
Load restraint activities (full on-the-job training provided)
Load building activities (full on-the-job training provided)
Gate checks and compliance verification (full on-the-job training provided)
Scanning and management of delivery documentation
Administrative support and receptionist duties
Sorting and preparation of load packs
Archiving and document management
Supporting transport operations and coordinating with subcontractor drivers
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with operational procedures
About You
A strong commitment to workplace safety
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A process-driven mindset with the ability to follow procedures consistently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills




The ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and external subcontractors
A proactive approach to identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
Competent computer and administrative skills
Previous experience in the transport, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry will be highly regarded
Working Hours
Standard Hours:
Monday to Friday
10:00am – 6:00pm
Training Period:
Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
The successful candidate should be flexible and reliable during the training and onboarding period.
