** Your Role:*** Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmth* Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)* Keep workflows efficient and organised* Provide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearly* Help prepare patients for their visit with the information they need** What You'll Bring:*** A caring, empathetic communication style* Advanced computer and keyboarding skills* Great problem-solving and time management abilities* A positive, proactive attitude* Experience in customer service is a plus!
