This hands-on leadership role partners with Service Leads to deliver person-centred, high-quality outcomes while ensuring alignment with Aruma's values and strategic goals.
You will coach frontline teams, manage budgets and workforce planning, and drive continuous improvement across your portfolio, maintaining compliance and risk
