St Vincent's Health Australia invites a Senior Grade 3 Dietitian to join our Residential Aged Care team.
You will deliver evidence-based nutrition assessments, develop care plans and provide clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary service to enhance residents' nutrition, health and quality of life.
You will contribute to quality improvement, staff education and service development while collaborating with residents, families and the care team.
