CALHN Falls Prevention Service at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Adelaide, is seeking a Registered Nurse to support older adults at high risk of falls.
You will perform nursing assessments and contribute to practical falls prevention within a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires NMBA registration and a current practising certificate, with 38 hours per week on a five-day roster.
Salary range reflects RN/M1 classification, with salary packaging options available.
