L'Oréal Luxe Outlet in Richmond on Bridge Road is seeking an Assistant Outlet Store Manager to co-lead daily boutique operations and customer experience. You'll report to the Store Manager and work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with no late nights, driving an elevated luxury retail workplace.
You will mentor the sales team, oversee inventory and merchandising, monitor KPIs, and help achieve daily sales targets while maintaining exceptional client service and seamless floor coverage across peak
