Origin Energy seeks a Content and Experience Designer to lead regulated customer communications within the Customer Communications, Experience and Personalisation team. You'll shape end-to-end content for credit and collections, balancing compliance, clarity and customer care in high-stakes moments.
You will translate complex regulatory requirements into explicit, customer-first content, working with Legal and Compliance, and applying UX principles to drive better outcomes across web, email, SMS
