PILOT Body Corporate is seeking a capable property manager to oversee a portfolio of about 40 small OCs in Mornington. You will be the first point of contact for owners and committees, handling phones and in-person inquiries with independence from early on.
This role requires a hands-on qualified comfortable with AGMs, renewals, coordination of maintenance, and collaboration with admin and accounts. A hybrid work setup is available after an initial trial period.
