The Chance
We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to join us on a full-time contract to help accelerate our growth.
This is a middle/senior role, ideal for someone with 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales in IT.
You'll work autonomously to qualify and close opportunities with SMEs and start-ups across a range of industries. You'll also be supported to refine your approach and deepen your understanding of software development services and solution design.
What You'll Be Doing
Qualify and convert inbound leads via website, referrals and events




Lead sales conversations with founders and business owners, from first call to signed agreement
Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor pitches and proposals
Maintain a lean, high-integrity sales pipeline and report on progress weekly
Manage client relationships from a commercial and product perspective
Learn fast, stay curious, and grow your commercial skillset under senior guidance
What We're Looking For
3+ years of B2B sales experience in IT - outsourcing software development, IT consulting or digital agency IS A MUST.
Experience in B2B sales with Enterprise companies *****+ employers)
Ability to connect with founders, understand business challenges, and find solutions
Resilient, self-motivated, and proactive in following up and converting leads
Clear communicator, both spoken and written, with strong commercial instincts
Tech-savvy and quick to learn - no coding skills required, but curiosity expected
Reporting to the Commercial Director
