Lancemore Macedon Ranges, part of the Lancemore Hotel Group, is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead our premium F&B; operation across weddings, conferences and events. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team to deliver exceptional service, menu execution and guest experiences.
This hands-on role requires solid people leadership, commercial focus and the ability to balance quality with profitability.
