The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced
Maintenance Fitters
to join our team at
Kilmore
, with opportunities available across
Day, Afternoon and Night Shifts
.
This is a hands‐on maintenance role within a structured manufacturing environment where safety, accountability and continuous improvement matter. You will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, minimising downtime and supporting the safe and efficient operation of our site.
You will be responsible for:
Performing preventative and breakdown maintenance
Identifying and rectifying root causes of equipment failures
Contributing to capital improvement projectsSupporting safe and efficient plant operations
Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
Following all WHS directives and safety procedures
Location:
Kilmore, VIC
Hours:
Monday to Friday (10‐hour shifts)
Shifts Available:
Day Shift, Afternoon Shift and Night Shift
Overtime:
Available (including preventative maintenance Saturdays)
Required Skills,



Experience and Qualifications
Mechanical Engineering / Fitter and Turner trade qualification
Working knowledge and application of preventative maintenance strategies
Experience working within a structured maintenance team with accountability for delivering maintenance KPIs
A positive attitude and genuine desire to produce high‐quality results
High level of knowledge and commitment to WHS and risk management
Sound verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
ARC and MIG welding skills (TIG welding desirable)
Experience working in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
Experience using CMMS
Working at Heights ticket
Rigger or Dogman ticket
Boom or Scissor Lift ticket
Forklift ticket
