About the rolen
Working within our Urgent Care Centre, you will provide high-quality clinical care in accordance with established clinical practice guidelines and your endorsed scope of practice.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Assessing, monitoring and managing consumers presenting to the Urgent Care Centre.
n
Delivering safe, evidence-based and person-centred clinical care.
n
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible health outcomes.
n




Supporting clinical education, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
n
Contributing to clinical governance, quality improvement and service development initiatives.
n
About youn
You are an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner who brings advanced clinical knowledge, strong decision-making skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional care.
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
Endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner and a relevant Master of Nurse Practitioner qualification.
n
Advanced clinical skills and knowledge in emergency nursing.
n
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
n
Experience in quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
n
The ability to work autonomously within your scope of practice while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
