Victoria People Solutions is seeking experienced SIL House Supervisors in Melbourne to lead day-to-day operations in our Supported Independent Living houses. The role combines people leadership with hands-on support for participants living in their own homes.
The successful candidate will manage a support worker team, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with families and care teams. A solid background in coordinating daily tasks and handling complex needs is preferred.
