Royal Freemasons Ltd at Centennial Lodge Residential Aged Care seeks an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator (Grade 5) for permanent night duty, 9:30pm–7:30am, Tue–Thu.
You will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care and mentor staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
You will oversee assessments, planning and governance, working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure resident dignity and wellbeing during night shifts.
