Life Without Barriers is seeking a House Manager in Mackay for a Permanent Part time role.
You will lead our Semi-Independent Living Program, mentoring Youth Workers to deliver trauma-informed support and help young people develop independence.
You will champion cultural connections, contribute to care planning, and build partnerships to support each young person's goals, with a focus on safe, supportive environments.
