You will lead a hands-on team delivering catering, cleaning, linen and laundry services to patients, residents and staff, ensuring safety and high standards.
You will manage rostering, allocate work, and support staff development.
Experience in catering operations, rostering, and staff guidance is essential; cooking duties may be required.
