Penske Transportation Group in Wacol, Australia is seeking a Service/Warranty Advisor for a maternity leave cover contract from December **** to September ****.
You will coordinate between our workshop, field service teams and customers, managing bookings, warranty claims, and providing exceptional service.
You will liaise with technicians and parts interpreters, keep customers informed on progress and costs, and identify maintenance opportunities to drive service sales.
