This role focuses on Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, Direct Routing, SBCs, and conferencing technologies to ensure reliable and high-quality communication services.
You will work with internal stakeholders, global IT teams, and external vendors, troubleshooting voice quality issues, supporting incidents, and helping migrate
