Cafs Ballarat is seeking a Youth Care Practitioner to provide trauma-informed, therapeutic care in a four-bed residential setting.
You will support young people aged 7 to 17 across a 24/7 roster, helping with daily routines, education and life skills while prioritising child safety.
Based at Skipton Street, Ballarat, the role offers part time permanent hours (67.5 per fortnight) with salary from $71,729 to $78,269 pro rata, plus penalty rates, superannuation and salary packaging options.
