You will mentor nursing and care staff, drive person-centred care, and lead clinical governance to meet the Aged Care Act **** standards.
Based in Kew, you will influence practice and outcomes across the home.
You will bring RN registration, 3+ years' leadership in aged care, and solid digital skills to foster a compassionate, excellence-driven culture.
