The role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll drive growth in the environmental sector: holding and expanding
Major Account
relationships and winning new stakeholders, against gross and net profit targets.
What you'll do
Position the business as the preferred partner for
contaminated soil removal and disposal
with developers and environmental consultants
Win new work through networking, referrals, tenders and cold calling
Make
securing current tipping opportunities
your primary focus, and build a competitive edge in commercial tipping




Stay across industry trends, regulatory changes and
EPA guidelines
Keep an active on-site presence and work closely with operations
Quote accurately and on time, and run quoting, pipeline and tip sites through the CRM
What you'll bring
A track record of
hitting sales targets
Tertiary qualifications
in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Earth Science, Hydrogeology or equivalent
Experience in
civil construction, earthworks or materials transport
The ability to classify fill material by its geotechnical and environmental properties
