You will deliver person-centred services, liaise with clients, families and stakeholders, and lead a team of support workers while managing funds and budgets to meet client outcomes.
You will ensure plans are followed, maintain high-quality progress notes, and support compliance and risk management under the NDIS framework.
A WA drivers licence and vehicle may be required.
