Dialysis Australia in Sydney is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver home haemodialysis care in Miranda and across NSW.
You will provide direct and comprehensive dialysis care in patients' homes, with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate services.
