This role reports directly to the Sous Chef and focuses on energetic, hands-on execution in a safety- and culinary-excellence driven setting.
You will help deliver flawless dishes and memorable dining experiences for our guests.
We value passion, creativity, and teamwork, with opportunities to train juniors, manage sections, and contribute to our renowned fine and casual dining venues across The Star Sydney.
