Perfect Stranger is seeking a driven retail leader for a Full time Assistant Store Manager role in Joondalup.
You will work closely with the Store Manager, mirror Store Manager responsibilities, and mentor a high-performing team on a Sunday-Thursday roster.
Responsibilities include leading store operations, delivering outstanding customer experiences, coaching staff to hit sales targets, executing VM directives, managing inventory insights, and upholding our brand culture.
