Your Role
As a
Talent Acquisition Partner
, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for centre-based positions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract, engage, and secure top talent.
You'll develop proactive sourcing strategies, provide expert recruitment advice, and deliver a positive and skilled experience for candidates throughout their journey.

Proven experience in high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced environment

Strong accountability, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset

Current Queensland Blue Card / Working With Children Check, or the ability to obtain one
