The Workplace Technology Engineer at Victorian Catholic Education Authority (VCEA) provides level 1/2 technical support to staff, onboarding, and day-to-day IT services both in person and remotely, reporting to the Lead, IT Strategy and Partnerships.
The role requires building relationships with users, troubleshooting hardware, software, Azure AD and Microsoft 365, with duties spanning end-user support, network tasks, asset management, and security audits.
