Melton City Council is seeking a Senior Executive Officer to lead organisational development and workforce capability for a rapid‐growing Australian council.
The role focuses on strategic design, delivery and evaluation of OD initiatives that strengthen leadership and culture across the organisation.
You will work closely with the executive team to drive people strategy, capability programs and performance outcomes, while ensuring governance and data integrity across OD activities.
