About the Role
Help keep North 1B Ward running smoothly at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
As our Ward Clerk, you'll welcome patients and visitors, maintain accurate records and support our clinical team to deliver safe, connected care.
Welcome patients and visitors and respond to ward enquiries
Maintain patient records in Sunrise EMR and PAS
Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges with staff
Arrange appointments, transport and interpreting services




Order ward supplies and follow up invoices and deliveries
About You
To be successful in this role you will:
Bring experience across a broad range of admin duties
Use Microsoft Word and office equipment confidently
Communicate with care and work well with diverse teams
Prioritise tasks and work independently under pressure
Protect confidentiality and deliver great customer service
