MacKellar Group is seeking an experienced HST Superintendent to lead the Health, Safety and Training function on a major mining project in Queensland.
You will report to the Project Manager and General Manager - HR & HST, guiding the site HST team to ensure compliance with legislation and MacKellar's Safety and Health Management System.
Together with site management, you will identify operational risks, strengthen safety practices and drive continuous improvement across the project, coaching
