365 Care in Blackheath is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to support one client in Blackheath.
You'll bring your experience with Acquired Brain Injuries, schizophrenia, and supporting Monday to Friday.
In this role you'll be assertive and calm under pressure while encouraging independence and engagement.
A robust listener who prompts independence, you'll help the client live an independent and fulfilling life, with transport, community activities, and light home duties as needed.
