AVANI Cypress Lakes Resort, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full time basis.
You will help prepare and cook meals to high standards, assist the Chef in Charge with rosters, manage stock, and ensure food safety and brand presentation across services.
The role requires a Certificate III in Cookery, hotel/restaurant experience, teamwork, flexibility to work breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and weekend shifts.
