The Role
Do you want to grow sales, build lasting customer relationships and help supply the cement that goes into Western Australia's biggest projects?
As an Account Manager at Cockburn Cement, you will drive sales growth and find new business opportunities across the WA cement market.
Reporting to the Manager – Sales West, you will manage key customer accounts, support commercial negotiations and work closely with our operations teams to deliver safe, reliable and profitable outcomes.
You will be the key link between our customers and our internal teams.
You will deliver exceptional service and support sustainable growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key accounts across the cement and construction materials sectors
Identify, pursue and win new business across WA
Build lasting customer relationships through regular engagement and site visits
Prepare tenders, proposals and tailored customer solutions
Partner with operations to ensure reliable, on-time product supply
Track market trends, competitor activity and pricing movements
Contribute to pricing strategy, forecasting and sales pipeline planning
Provide technical and commercial advice on cement products
Champion safety, compliance, Chain of Responsibility and sustainability in everything you do
About You




You are a commercially minded sales professional who builds robust customer relationships and delivers practical solutions.
To succeed, you will bring:
Proven experience in account management, sales or business development
A background in cement, concrete, construction materials, industrial or mining sectors
Strong commercial acumen and confident negotiation skills
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Intermediate MS Office and CRM skills
A current WA driver's licence
