Novotel Melbourne South Wharf, part of Accor, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead front‐of‐house operations and partner with the Executive Chef to evolve dining concepts. You will drive guest experiences, coach a diverse team and shape our venues for growth within a busy hotel workplace.
You will balance strategic planning with hands‐on leadership, manage labour and costs, and foster a positive, inclusive culture. RSA and Australian working rights are required.
