We are looking for a reliable, approachable casual medical receptionist, who can make patients feel welcome while keeping a busy reception desk running smoothly.
Your day could include:
Answering calls and managing appointments
Welcoming patients and updating their details
Processing payments and Medicare claims
Supporting our doctors, nurses and reception team
We would love someone who brings:
Warmth, patience and transparent communication
Attention to detail and respect to confidentiality
A calm approach when things get busy
Flexibility to cover shifts and staff leave
Preferred but not essential experience in Best Practice, HotDoc, Cubiko and PRODA.
