Leap Support Services is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers across the North-West Coast (Wynyard to Latrobe).
Roles include complex support, Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community access with sleepover shifts and diverse day/evening/weekend duties.
You will provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, helping them gain independence, participate in the community, manage daily living tasks and build lasting relationships with teams and participants.
