Carwash World is seeking an experienced HR and WHS professional to take ownership of both functions, working independently with direct access to leadership. The role is part time (2 days per week) with hybrid work flexibility after handover and a pathway to grow as the business expands.
You'll manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, advise leaders on HR and WHS best practices, and drive engagement, wellbeing and change initiatives while supporting payroll and records management.
