At Sonder, we are hiring a Scaled Tech Touch Program Manager to own automated journeys for customers without a named CIP. You'll design onboarding, health-score triggers and renewal nudges, partnering with Data & Insights, Product and Customer tiers to prove impact with data rather than instinct.
You'll operate in a quick-paced, AI-native environment with hub-based tooling, hybrid work, and a Sydney HQ that supports balanced collaboration and wellbeing.
