We're looking for a motivated, reliable and hands-on
Café Supervisor
to take the reins of our busy café located within
Sharp Motor Group in Tweed Heads
.
This isn't just about making coffees and serving customers. We're looking for someone who will
take ownership, lead the team, build relationships and treat the café like it's their own business.
You'll enjoy a
5-day working week
, with the café operating Monday to Saturday,
7:00am–2:00pm (NSW time)
. It's a small, hands-on team, with two staff rostered Monday to Friday and one on Saturdays.
And yes, you'll need to be an early bird, early starts are essential, and we're talking NSW time!
What You'll Be Doing
As our Café Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the café, including:
Opening and closing
the café, ensuring everything is ready for a successful day.
Managing daily café operations, maintaining excellent food, beverage and customer service standards.
Leading, supporting and rostering our team of casual café staff.
Preparing and managing staff timesheets, ensuring accurate recording of hours.
Managing stock levels and ordering, including groceries, beverages, meat, fresh produce and supplies.
Coordinating




early morning bakery pickups before the café opens
.
Preparing and serving food and beverages, including making coffees when required.
Got a dish you're famous for? Serve up your signature special or get creative with something new!
Maintaining a clean, organised and compliant café environment.
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who is ready to
commit, take charge and make this café their own!
Previous experience in café supervision, hospitality management or a similar hands‐on leadership role.
Barista experience not essential but is highly regarded.
Confidence managing people, rosters, stock ordering and day‐to‐day operations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A proactive attitude – someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done.
Reliability, consistency and a willingness to take responsibility.
The ability to start early (NSW time) – being an early riser is a must!
