3 W Catering Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, qualified Chef to join the kitchen team in Sydney, full-time. You will plan and prepare food and menus in conjunction with the Head Chef, producing quality Western and continental dishes for an à la carte menu in a timely and productive manner.
You will also plan ingredients, portioning, marinating, and plating, order and stock inventories, supervise junior staff, ensure safety and hygiene, and manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
