Join a team of experienced Building Managers and gain valuable, hands-on experience across leasing, inspections and day-to-day building management. With the prospect to work across multiple sites throughout the Gold Coast, you'll collaborate with different teams, provide essential leave coverage and offer additional support to existing team members when needed.

Duties
Conduct daily building operations, presentation and resident experience
Manage leasing, inspections, applications and resident move-ins




Provide building management inspections and liaise with contractors
Resolve resident enquiries and report operational issues early
Skills & experience
Residential property management or leasing
Leasing, inspections and tenancy application experience
Strong resident, owner or tenant communication skills
QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Full time work rights and satisfactory Police Check

Benefits
$75,000 base plus superannuation + $5,000 travel allowance per annum
