Programmed Maintenance Services is partnering with a genomics and animal science leader to recruit a Customer Service Representative for permanents full time employment in Brisbane. You will manage orders, data, and enquiries across multiple systems to ensure accurate, timely genomic testing support.
You will liaise with customers including farmers and industry bodies, maintain records, support sales teams, and contribute to process improvements in Genomics, Animal Safety and Food Safety
