Accor is offering a Demi Chef position at Novotel Sydney Darling Square for a 12-month maternity leave coverage. The role is part time and based in Sydney's CBD, Darling Harbour, within a vibrant kitchen team.
You will support daily operations from breakfast buffet to bar and in-room dining, under the guidance of the Head Chef. You will prepare and present quality dishes, maintain food safety standards, follow recipes, manage portions, and help with stock rotation.
