Our client is seeking an experienced Switchboard Electrician to join a well-established electrical switchboard manufacturing workshop located in Unanderra, NSW.
This is a hands-on workshop-based role with full accountability for the assembly, wiring, testing and manufacture of electrical switchboards, including reading and interpreting electrical drawings, component layout, drilling, mounting and final testing. You will take ownership of building quality switchboards to specification while working closely with electrical engineers, technical specialists and fellow tradespeople.

You will bring:
Current Electrical Licence
White Card
Experience building and wiring electrical switchboards
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsHands-on workshop experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience with component layout, assembly, wiring and testing




Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Own basic hand tools
Busbar experience
Heavy conductor experience
Industrial electrical experience
Control panel manufacturing experience
