Warehouse Operations Manager
to lead our Distribution Centre with precision, purpose, and passion.

Reporting to the DC Manager
, this
full-time role is based in St Peters, NSW
and is instrumental in maintaining our high standards of efficiency, accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction across the warehouse environment.
A Day in the Life
As Assistant Warehouse Manager, you'll work closely with the DC Manager and be a hands‐on leader within our Distribution Centre. Your day will involve:
Supporting the smooth day‐to‐day running of the
National Warehouse
Leading and supporting team members on the floor, including
2 direct reports
Helping ensure store and online orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
Assisting with stock receipting, dispatch, and basic inventory control
Following and helping implement warehouse procedures and improvements
Working collaboratively with other teams to meet daily targets




Promoting safe work practices and a positive, team‐focused culture

Proven experience managing inventory, stock control, and stocktake processes
Experience ensuring compliance with WHS and safety standards
A track record of coaching, mentoring, and leading teams to success
