Noẽma, the new Greek-inspired concept from Lucas Collective, opens in Melbourne's CBD. We seek a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, reporting to the Executive Chef, and to guide a talented team from day one, shaping guest experience and culture.
The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in high-volume settings, with a passion for Greek or Mediterranean cuisine, robust budgeting skills, staff development, and a calm, decisive presence under pressure.
