Aurora Restaurant in Adelaide, part of Light Social Enterprise's immersive dining concept, seeks a Head of Hospitality to lead service delivery across the restaurant, terrace, and events spaces within ILA. You will uphold the highest standards of guest experience, operations, and team performance.
Reporting to the CEO, you will implement strategic goals, control costs, and drive revenue growth while mentoring staff and maintaining compliance and food safety across premium dining venues.
